When we went through the rooms together, I mentioned the wooden cutlery you can choose before your stay. Each set is made from a different type of wood, as is the tableware. The wooden bowls with lids are my own speciality. For the wooden cutlery, the bowls with their unique food lids, and the tea bowls, I am immensely grateful to the truly wonderful Mr and Mrs Kříž from Varnsdorf.

Every morning a basket with a breakfast menu will be prepared and discreetly delivered to you. This varied basket contains wholesome and balanced food that you can enjoy according to your own needs and sense of hunger. The food is prepared with regard to the calm rhythm of the stay and to supporting your inner process.

To drink, you will receive a selection of teas in a thermos, and water in glass bottles from a spring at the edge of a mysterious forest – a healing source near Miletín, the small town from which Karel Jaromír Erben came.
